Sylff Administrators Meeting 2010 at APU
The Tokyo Foundation is pleased to announce that the Sylff Administrators Meeting 2010 will be convened as follows:
Dates: November 2 (Tuesday) through November 5 (Friday), 2010
Host/Venue: Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, Japan.

Only one online registration should be made for one Sylff institution.
When you register online, please register the accompanying person at the same time, if that person stays in the same room as you. However, if the accompanying person stays in a separate room from you, that person cannot register online. Please email to JTBGMT as specified below, concerning participation of the accompanying person wishing to reserve a separate room from you. JTBGMT will reply via email with further instructions.
It will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete the online registration for the first time. We recommend that you visit the registration site when you have sufficient time to complete the procedure.
If you are a smoker, please note the following smoking regulations:
Smoking is prohibited in the APU campus except in designated areas outside of the building.
There are two public smoking areas (as of April 2010) in the hotel. Apart from that, those who book smoking-rooms can smoke in their guest rooms.
