The third round of biennial SYLFF Regional Forums was held in 2007, the 20th anniversary year of the SYLFF Program. The North/South America Forum, attended by 27 SYLFF fellows, was hosted by The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, U.S.A., June 12th–14th, 2007. The Africa/Europe Forum was hosted by Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany, June 25th–27th, 2007, with 49 SYLFF fellows participating. The theme of both forums was Human Rights and Creative Leadership.
Each forum included oral and poster presentations by participants, NAPSA (Networking and Programs for Social Action) workshops facilitated by members of the SYLFF Fellows Council, music concerts by SYLFF fellows, as well as a community-service activity (North/South America) and a field trip (Africa/Europe).
