Sylff Program
Support is provided to talented young graduate students with leadership potential who are citizens of the 12 member countries of this regional university. The students are postgraduate diploma, masters and PhD scholars who participate in a trans-disciplinary program in the social sciences with an emphasis on the theory and practice of development in global South countries and especially small island developing states.
