SYLFF Program
The objective of the Program is to educate graduate students of the University of Oslo with high potential for future leadership in international affairs, in public life as well as in private endeavor, providing these students with a wide range of courses and research works in the following 4 sub-programs.
- Studies of Foreign Languages
- Area Studies
- International Negotiations
- Societal and Organizational Development
The scholarships will be provided to outstanding graduate students for a period of time not exceeding 3 years to enable them to participate in the University's regular academic courses.
