The Program for International and Cultural Studies
Sylff Program
The objective of the Program is to support the education of promising and talented students enrolled in master's and/or doctoral degree programs at the University with high potential for leadership in national, regional and international affairs, in public life as well as in private endeavors, by awarding fellowships.
The fellowships will be awarded to outstanding students who are enrolled in social sciences and humanities fields, international relations, asian and african studies, or social and cultural anthropology.
The fellowships are provided annually to 3 outstanding postgraduate students for a period of one year.
