Nemanja Backovic, PhD, is an assistant professor at the University of Belgrade. He holds a BA, MA, and PhD in economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, graduating with exceptional grades. His doctoral research focuses on energy economics.
He has extensive international experience, having studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and served as a guest researcher at UC San Diego in 2016. Professor Backovic teaches business economics, cost management, and international management. He has authored more than 30 scientific papers and collaborated on research projects. Additionally, he is fluent in English, German, and French.
