Irene Baceiredo Macho is a PhD Candidate at the University of Deusto. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Deusto and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Utrecht University. Her PhD research focuses on Frontex, Eurosur, and the impact that the use of new technologies for border surveillance has on human rights.
