I am a Ph.D. candidate in computational linguistics at Institute of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, School of Foreign Languages Peking University Sept 2024 – July 2027/2028, supervised by Prof. Su Qi (苏祺). My research combines corpus-based computational modeling with qualitative discourse triangulation, grounded in a digital humanities perspective, to uncover socio-cognitive motivations in language use (i.e., Language for Specific Purposes). I have examined diverse domains including corporate, media, academic, political, and health communication. My current interests extend to public science communication and AI4SS AI for Social Sciences). My goal is to produce methodologically rigorous and interpretively rich scholarship for interdisciplinary studies.
