Adi Rosenstock is a graduate of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Ben-Guion University of the Negev. She completed her M.A. with honors, with a thesis titled “Gastro-Generation: Young Adults Constructing National Identity through Food Consumption in Taipei, Taiwan.” Her research focuses on food, national and generational identity, and everyday cultural practices. She also holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology and Education from Ben-Guion University.
