My major is molecular biology. I am interested in anti-ageing medicine and metabolic disorders, and enlightenment activities which provide evidence-based information on health. To deepening my knowledge, now I'm working on basic research targeting lifestyle-related diseases. In particular, I am conducting research focusing on natural compounds that can be effective preventive and therapeutic agents for Type-2 diabetes and Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and it's metabolic changes. Through own research activities, it could be possible to apply effective preventive measures and treatment methods to the real world where the lifestyle-related diseases are expanding.
