Academic achievement, social engagement initiatives:
Bonnie Ruder received the Sylff Fellowship in 2017 - 2018 at Oregon State University as a doctoral student in medical anthropology. Her research investigates obstetric fistula and maternal health in Uganda. She is also the Executive Director of the Uganda Fistula Fund, a 501c3 organization in the U.S.
