My name is Brian Kibet Wafula, I am 28 years, and an economist by training. I am interested in research and implementation of economics polices touching on labour, trade, climate change and gender. I am a beneficiary of SYLIFF fellowship program and Intend to be the best leader this fellowship has ever produced. I consider myself exemplary academically, and my grades can attest to that. However, I believe knowing is not enough, it only matters when we either do, or ensure it all happens. That's why I am on this leadership path, to get it done the way I know it.

Brief Summary of Support Program Activities
My project is on youths gender and climate action, specifically focused on nurturing inclusive climate leadership. It concerned with mitigating the effects of climate change by the most affected demographic groups, that is young women.
