I am a graduate student in the School of Education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, pursuing an accelerated Master's degree in Learning and Renewal. My research focuses on exploration and identity formation processes among graduates of alternative educational systems, examining how beneficial practices from Waldorf and democratic education can be adopted within the general education system.
With a background in both formal and non-formal education, I currently teach mathematics at a Waldorf high school, which provides me with firsthand experience in alternative education approaches. I have extensive experience working with diverse youth populations in various settings, including youth movements, boarding schools, summer camps, and community initiatives.
I am passionate about social activism, particularly in the areas of education, coexistence, and human rights. Through my research and community engagement, I aim to contribute to making quality educational practices accessible to all students, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
