Eléonore Luciani is pursuing a Master’s degree in fortepiano performance and pedagogy at the Sibelius Academy, University of the Arts in Helsinki. She previously graduated from Paris Conservatoire where she received a SYLFF fellowship in 2017.
Formerly allergic to early music, she has become a fervent defender of historically informed performance. She would like to overcome stereotypes and show that studying rhetoric, instead of inhibiting, releases the musician and that serving the composer leads to a more personal and meaningful performance.
