Hamed Jafarzadeh holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He is currently a senior lecturer at the School of Management, Massey University, New Zealand. Prior to that he was an assistant professor of Information Systems at the University of Tehran, Iran. He also held position of IT Project Manager and BPM Project Manager at the University of Queensland, Australia, for 5 years. His main research interests include systems and software development with focus on agile approaches, business process management (BPM), text mining and sentiment analysis, and the role of behavioral traits in IT/IS adoption e.g., IT mindfulness.
