Kiriaki is a graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration of the School of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Policy and a Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from the same university.
From 1998 to 2012 she supported the teaching of two undergraduate courses: Financial Economics and Politics, Methods and Techniques of Social Research, assisting Prof. Ioannis Yfantopoulos. Together they have published the book “Statistics in Social Research”.
She has worked in senior positions in government and since 2011 is a Secretary General in local government administration.
