Current affiliation : Boston University

PhD Candidate in Sociology at Boston University. I earned my Master's in Sociology from El Colegio de México as a SYLFF Fellow, a foundation that drives my current research on Latin America. My work focuses on the intersections of economic, urban, and medical sociology, examining critical issues such as urban violence, informal markets, and gender-based violence.
