Márton's primary research centers on the modernization of European Union competition law driven by antitrust proceedings against digital giants, featuring a comparative analysis with the United States. Within the US context, his research specifically explores the paradigm shift initiated by the "hipster antitrust" (New Brandeis) movement.
His scholarly work evaluates emerging ex ante legislative tools and regulatory frameworks. Alongside his research, his teaching portfolio at the University of Debrecen covers financial law, competition law, and European Union law.
