Máté Fain completed his PhD studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, Institute of Finance in 2022. He is currently a senior consultant at OTP Hungaro-Projekt Ltd. He has ten years of professional experience in business and financial planning, corporate valuation, and foreign exchange risk management. He started his doctoral studies in 2015 at Corvinus University Doctoral School of Business and Management. His research focuses mainly on sustainable finance and ESG investing. Over the past years, he has gained teaching experience in, among others, corporate finance and corporate valuation. He has publications – sometimes with co-authors, sometimes on his own – in journals such as Finance Research Letters, PLoS ONE, Financial and Economic Review, Economy and Finance, and Review of Economic Theory and Policy.
