Current affiliation : MBA graduate student

I am pursuing my MBA at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University as a recipient of the prestigious Sylff scholarship. I intend to focus my upcoming work on, the solution to fall down of an organization due to the sudden changes in operations management in Apparel industries in Bangladesh which has a crucial impact on the economy and training for every individual linked to operations management to be a skilled employee.

Academic Achievements, Social Engagement Initiatives
I am actively joined as volunteer with 2 non-profitable local volunteers' organization in Bangladesh, already 1 of them has received government certificate as reward of doing social work responsibility such as making women empowerment workshop, tree plantation campaign, blood donation campaign, anti-drug campaign, scholarship for poor village students, free medical camp, sports event and so on.
