Academic supervisor :  Gary Koop
Current affiliation: Assistant Professor in Econometrics

The way i see myself is that I am an econometrics lecturer and Sylff Fellow specializing in Bayesian econometrics, macroeconomic forecasting, shrinkage priors, Bayesian VARs, stochastic volatility and mixed-frequency time-series models. His research focuses on developing Bayesian methods for policy-relevant macroeconomic forecasting in Thailand, particularly inflation forecasting and nowcasting. He teaches econometrics, forecasting, research methods, and statistical programming, with an emphasis on reproducible research, empirical coding skills, and preparing students for data-driven careers.

Academic Achievements, Social Engagement Initiatives
I am an academic in econometrics specializing in Bayesian econometrics, macroeconomic forecasting, shrinkage priors, Bayesian VARs, stochastic volatility, and mixed-frequency time-series models. My research focuses on developing and applying Bayesian methods to policy-relevant macroeconomic questions in Thailand, particularly inflation forecasting and nowcasting.
As a lecturer, I teach econometrics, forecasting, research methods, and statistical programming, with an emphasis on reproducible research and practical data-analysis skills. I have also contributed to economics curriculum development by promoting stronger integration of econometric software, machine learning, and empirical policy analysis.
As a Sylff Fellow, I am committed to combining academic excellence with social contribution. My social engagement initiatives focus on mentoring students, improving economics education, and preparing students for internships, research opportunities, and data-driven careers through coding, empirical research, and professional development activities.
