Master's Student in Social Change and Political Participation from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP, Brazil) with exchange at the Master's degree in Social Psychology and Community Intervention and in the Human Resources Directorate of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM – Spain). Bachelor's degree in Leisure and Tourism (USP) and Specialization in Intelligent Management: Leadership, Coaching and Innovation (UMESP). As a researcher and social entrepreneur (Muda Mundus), she joins research with network actions and social engagement projects with international publications. She has experience inside private companies, social organizations and public management. She is a social leader from Rio Grande da Serra city, co-founder of the NGO Passatempo Educativo and brazilian coordinator of the Red Iberoamericana de Animación Sociocultural network (RIA) . Thus, she is dedicated to themes focused on social education and no formal education, Asset-based Community Development (ABCD), sociocultural animation, socio-environmental responsibility, community-based leisure and tourism, group management and leadership, sustainability, creativity and social innovation.
