Swati Malik*

Swati Malik is a PhD Candidate in law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva. Trained as a lawyer and an investigator, she has served in legal, investigations, procurement, conflict resolution, and policy roles in several United Nations System entities, a multilateral development bank, and the public and private sectors in her native India. Swati holds degrees in law from Oxford, London School of Economics, and Symbiosis Law School.
