Talor Gruenwald is a 2020 Master of International Affairs candidate at UC San Diego School of Global Strategy and Policy (GPS) focusing on energy policy and Latin America. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish from State University of New York, College at Geneseo. Prior to coming to GPS, he lived and worked in Colombia for four years, most recently on a USAID-funded project in peace-building and reconciliation in the wake of Colombia's fifty-year civil war.
