Tatsuhiro Nakamori is a computer systems researcher specializing in performance optimization across databases, AI inference platforms, and emerging photonic computing systems.
He has published research on transactional database performance, storage engine design, and cross-workload-hardware performance prediction, and has developed high-performance database system components LineairDB-storage-engine.
Beyond research, he has experience across industry environments, including LINE Yahoo, NTT, Kotoba Technologies, ByteDance, and Toyota, where he worked on real-world performance issues at scale. With broad technical range and deep expertise in system optimization, Nakamori aims to build techniques that remain effective across current and future generations of computing platforms.
