Received Sylff fellowship in 2006
Current affiliation : Jagiellonian University Cracow, Poland

Assistant Professor and the Deputy Director at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University in Cracow (JUC). For the past three years (2021-2024) he has been the Humboldt Fellow at the MenschenRechtsZentrum of the University of Potsdam. He holds a PhD in Legal Sciences (JUC). He also obtained diplomas from the American Law Program organised by the Catholic University of America and JUC and from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights School of Human Rights . He was the recipient of the Stanislaw Kutrzeba Human Rights in Europe Prize (founded i.a., by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg) and The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship (founded by Tokyo Foundation – 2006). Since 2014 he's been editor-in-chief of the legal journal: PWMP - Review of International, European and Comparative Law. He has authored reports and analyses and cooperates with several non-governmental organisations.
