Katrien D. Belen started her career in psychology in educational institutions in the areas of school counseling and psychological assessment. In 2016, she starter her career in the development sector by working for the Philippine government in the areas of policy, planning, and educational research. Since then, she has been serving non-profit organizations in various roles in program and project management.
