Mini Concert by Sylff Fellows at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna

The Tokyo Foundation visited the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in late June 2012. We were warmly welcomed by an exquisite classic music concert by current Sylff fellows. The mini concert (approximately 40 minutes) was professionally recorded and edited by the University.

You can enjoy a taste of this excellent concert, performed by students at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna by clicking on the image above. The concert was an exciting mix of Viennese classics (“Papageno’s Aria” from the opera The Magic Flute) and contemporary styles (a flute solo recently composed by a Sylff fellow, performed by another fellow).

Performers

Aleksander Visomogilski (guitar), Philippe Spiegel (baritone), Elena Ivanova (piano), Nicole Pena Comas (cello), Zeljka Caparin (piano), Rina Mori (piano), and Yukari Hagino (flute).
