Dashnyam (Dasha) Dashzeveg is a Senior Referent at the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia with over 15 years of experience in financial regulation, market development, and cooperative finance. She holds Master’s degrees in Public Policy (KDI School, Korea) and Management Science (National Academy of Governance, Mongolia), and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Economics. A two-time international fellowship awardee (SYLFF, Global Ambassador Foundation) and Fletcher Leadership Program participant, she has lectured in economics at national universities and led nationwide financial literacy programs for MSMEs and women entrepreneurs. Her research focuses on sovereign wealth funds, financial inclusion, and sustainable finance.

Recipient of prestigious international fellowships: SYLFF Fellowship (Tokyo Foundation), Public Policy Fellowship (Global Ambassador Foundation, South Korea), and Fletcher school Leadership Program for Financial inclusion Fellowship (Fletcher School, Melinda Gates Foundation). Completed advanced training with the IMF on macroeconomic policy and resource-rich economies; part-time lecturer in Macroeconomics and Managerial Economics at national universities.
Social Engagement Initiatives
Certified Financial Education Trainer, delivering nationwide programs on financial literacy for MSMEs, savings and credit cooperatives, and women entrepreneurs. Designed and implemented training in rural provinces to strengthen compliance, cooperative finance, and public financial awareness. Actively engaged in women’s empowerment initiatives, including financial management training for women-led MSMEs in partnership with the Mongolian Women’s Foundation.
