Donie Kadewandana is a PhD candidate in interdisciplinary fields at the Doctoral School of International Relations and Political Science at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, through a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship. He completed his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Communication, the Jakarta State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta. Then, he continued his master's degree at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, with a full scholarship from the Tanoto Foundation. Since he was a student, he has been active in various intra- and extra-campus organizations. These include the HMI, the Student Executive Board, and the Institute Student Press Agency. Currently, he is a lecturer and assistant professor at Pancasila University, Jakarta. Previously, he had experience working in several media, including as a "Detection" column writer at Indo Pos Daily (Jawa Pos Group), a freelance research assistant at Kompas Daily R&D, a journalist at TPI (MNCTV), and a media consultant at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. He also actively writes books, articles in various scientific journals, and dozens of articles in various media.
