Research assistant. Degree in Economics, Master in International Relations and PhD candidate in International Relations in Ankara University. She is currently working on her thesis on the transnational capitalist class formation in the Brazilian agribusiness sector and its role in the South-South cooperation process. She had been a visiting scholar at several universities, such as Center for Latin American Studies, Univesity of Florida (March-June 2010), Instituto de Investigaciones Juridicas, National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) (Sep.2010-Feb.2011) and Instituto de Ciências Humanas e Filosofia (ICHF), Universidade Federal Fluminense, Brazil (Sep.2015-Sep.2016). She had also attended the Summer School on Latin American Economies of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) with the SRA Grant of Sylff in 2014. Her research interests include Latin American politics, populism, left and social movements in the 21st century with a specific focus on Brazil and Venezuela.
