Born in Bulgaria, raised in Greece I always had a deep interest in literary studies. I graduated with high honors from the University of Peloponnese, earning a B.A. in Greek Language and Literature and later on I obtained a Master Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. At the moment I live in the Netherlands and I am an active member of a research group at the Amsterdam School of Cultural Analysis and soon plan to apply for a PhD degree. My professional experience is affiliated with customer service, sales and management.

In 2014 I received the SYLFF scholarship (SASAKAWA YOUNG LEADERS FELLOWSHIP FUND) which was invested in spending a summer at Cambridge University where I was taught literary courses. My summer abroad and the people I met there really inspired me to pursue my dream to obtain a PhD degree in Literature. They informed me about the degree I want to pursue and confirmed my initial choice.
