Keiti da Rocha Gomes is a PhD candidate at the University of Brasilia in Brazil. Received a Sylff fellowship in 2008 while finishing her master’s thesis, which was submitted to the Department of Economics of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Worked for various financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance in Brazil before becoming a researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research, a Brazilian governmental institution, and a PhD candidate at the University of Brasilia, where she is researching the regulation of financial markets.
