I am a sociologist and public policies professional with 10 years of experience, providing research and analysis to the civilian and the military environment. I have worked mainly as researcher, social analyst and gender and cultural advisor. I possess sound analytical skills, use quantitative and qualitative research methods, and perform strong abilities in research design and development, as well as in project management and coordination. I am a recognized member of multinational teams (NATO) with strong problem solving, organizational and creative skills, with a keen ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. I gained military experience serving as Reserve Officer of the Italian Army inside national and NATO environment, working as researcher, social analyst and gender advisor.
