He earned PhD from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics. The topic of his PhD dissertation is “The Importance of Coordination between Monetary and Fiscal Policy for Macroeconomic Stability“. He earned Bachelor of Science in Economics, Master of Science in Economics and PhD in Economics from the same faculty as the best student in the whole generation with the highest possible grades 10.00/10.00 at all levels of studying. Currently he is Assistant Professor at Department for Economic Theory and Analysis at Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. He teaches at the following courses: Principles of Macroeconomics, Macroeconomic Analysis, Theory and Analysis of Economic Policy and Macroeconomics (LSE course, in cooperation with London University). Main fields of his research are: macroeconomic theory, applied macroeconomics and macroeconomic policy, with special emphasis on interactions between monetary and fiscal policymakers.
For his academic accomplishments, he received grants and awards from about 15 different sources, which are internationally recognized. He attended summer schools and he was visiting researcher at University Nice Sophia Antipolis, visiting PhD student at University Pompeu Fabra and visiting researcher at Coimbra University. He published many papers in quality international journals.
