Robin Mead is the Director of Operations Analytics (OA) at Delta Air Lines. Her teams are responsible for supporting multiple operations leaders as they seek to improve Delta’s performance through data-focused analysis and decision-making. Robin has led her group through tremendous growth over the past two years, evolving it to encompass five teams: Central; Corporate Safety, Security, and Compliance (CSSC); and HR Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP), as well as Operations Data Strategy and Reporting and Operations Analytics Strategic Programs.

Robin joined Delta in 2013 and has a long career in OA. She has a deep understanding of how data can be used to drive performance and has helped stand up and refine data strategy across various divisions. She took her expertise to a global level by serving two expat assignments with Delta’s partner airlines, AeroMexico and Air France, building out a continuous improvement strategy across all of their operating divisions. Robin’s passion for cultivating analytic acumen is evident in her leadership of the Delta Analytics Academy (DAA), an employee program that removes traditional barriers to career advancement by providing employees with the skillset needed to move into an analytics role.
