Rolando González Rojas

Rolando Gonzalez is Master in Archaeology and Archaeologist of University of Chile. He studies the social dinamics in the prehistory of the semiarid north of chile, with special focus in the study of the body in the past. Also he is interested in the topics related with the heritage, the education and the relationship with the archaeological discipline. He worked during the 2018 in the educational area of Museum of education Gabriela Mistral, doing activities that link the objects, their information and the story that it can show nowadays. He is part of the FONDECYT research project n° 1150776, studying the body ornaments during a period of the local prehistory and the identities of the men and women reflected in this artifacts.
