My motivation is to integrate multi-disciplinary academic fields (Semantic Computing(Computer Science) and Bioinformatics(Biology)).
My academic research is aimed to develop a new analytical method for discover the difference in nationality. As a case study, I applied our proposed analytical method to one of biological data (e.g. human gut microbiome data).
