Victor Doering Xavier da Silveira is a full researcher at the Center of Education and Research in Innovation (CERI), at Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a lawyer at São Paulo, Brazil. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of São Paulo, he got a master’s degree in law (Summa Cum Laude) at this same institution, being granted a Sylff fellowship in 2018. His current research agenda is mostly about relations between law and new technologies, including Automation and Legal Professions, Privacy Law and Data Protection Law and Fake News in Electoral Law.
