Vybhavi Balasundharam

Received Sylff fellowship in 2013.

Vybhavi Balasundharam is currently an Economist at the International Monetary Fund. She received her PhD in Economics from University of Michigan. Her research interests include international trade, development economics and industrial organization. She is mainly interested in studying firm behavior under market frictions to shed light into the drivers of productivity growth in developing countries. Prior to graduate school, she received her BA in Economics from University of Western Ontario in Canada.
