Currently, I am a Research Fellow at the School of Management and Engineering, Nanjing University, and a guest researcher at the section Integral Design and Management, Delft University of Technology. I received the IPMA Outstanding Contribution in Young Researcher Award 2021. I have been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), PMI (Project Management Institute) Sponsored Research Program, the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (Sylff) Program etc.
My research project focuses on learning in large infrastructure projects, inter-organizational collaboration in the megaproject, and digital innovation. I was a lecturer and PhD researcher at section Infrastructure Design and Management of Delft University of Technology. I participated in Construction Management and Engineering Master and Minor courses education, supervising master theses and internships. I was a visiting PhD at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, UCL. I was the former president of PromooD, the representative body for all PhD students at TU Delft. I obtained my bachelor and master degree Construction Management from Chongqing University, China (supervised by Professor Shirong Li, the CIOB's first female president). Before starting my PhD, I acted as a researcher at RCICEM (Research Center for International Construction Economics & Management) of Chongqing University, a visiting PhD at Delft University of Technology and Australasian Joint Research Centre for Building Information Modelling Curtin University.
