Major Revisions from the Previous (July 2021) Edition

I. Program Operations – 4. Program Administration – (E) Reporting
Information on new fellowship recipients should be submitted through an online form (one form per fellow), rather than via an Excel file (see pages 8 and 19).

II. Endowment Management – 3. Investment Guidelines – B. Exceptions – (1) Basic Policy
The requirements for endowment management exceptions have been consolidated and reorganized to improve clarity (see page 15).

Other Changes

The revised edition reflects the changes to the name and address of the Tokyo Foundation, announced in April 2025.
