Neni Susilawati, S.Sos., M.A., is a permanent lecturer in the Department of Fiscal Administration at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) as well as a researcher in the Tax Governance and Accountability Research Cluster. Neni is also working on her doctorate in Tax Administration and Policy at the FIA UI Postgraduate. In 2012, she earned a master's degree in Tax Administration and Policy from Universitas Indonesia. In 2007, she earned a bachelor's degree in Fiscal Administration Science from Universitas Indonesia. Neni's research focuses on personal income taxation, withholding taxation, taxpayer behavior, and tax administration and policy. His research has been published in both national and international journals and in international proceedings. Neni has also worked as an associate for a tax consulting firm and as a tax specialist for a private company with offices all over the world. Neni is a member of the Association of Indonesian Dynamic System Experts (ASDI) and the International Fiscal and Tax Administration Association (IFTAA).
