Cosmo Takagi is a PhD student at Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. With the support of Sylff fellowship in 2020, he conducts a research on the Spillover effect of the policy regarding the Sustainable Development Goals in local governments in Japan. He has been working at the Keio university as a Project Research Associate since 2019. In addition to that, he is appointed as a SDGs Policy Advisor in some local governments in Japan.
