Academic achievements, social engagement initiatives:
I completed my Doctorate in Public Administration in 2022. My current research focuses on how the Fourth Industrial Revolution has influenced the digitalisation of public sector institutions in sub-Saharan Africa.

I have extensive training in Public Administration and Public Policy. I also have over five years of university teaching and research experience. In addition, I am a versatile researcher with primary research interests in housing policy provision, electronic government implementation in the Global South and the digitalisation of public sector institutions in sub-Saharan Africa. In 2022, my research was primarily focused on the viability of co-production as a model of citizen engagement in local government policy-making in the context of South Africa. I have published journal articles and book chapters on these and other public policy-related issues. I am honing my professional career as a public policy expert with an immense contribution to developing effective models of policymaking in developing countries. In this regard, I look forward to continued engagement with communities through cutting-edge research on public policy-making as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with the transition of public institutions from analogue to digital.
